In adherence to UP Manila’s annual Mandatory Holiday Break on December 2021, the NHSRC will be closed starting December 18, 2021, and will resume on January 03, 2022 (tentative date). Therefore, we are implementing a cut-off period on purchasing the Newborn Hearing Screening Registry Cards on December 03, 2021, at 5:00 pm. Please be guided by the following:
1. Orders must be placed on or before the cut-off period, December 03, 2021 – 5:00 p.m.
2. The schedule of delivery will be on or before December 17, 2021.
3. Orders placed beyond the cut-off period will be processed two weeks after the office resume date on January 2022.
